ABOUT THE EPIPHANY PROJECT
Founded in 2025, The Epiphany Project, Inc. (TEPI) was created to educate, empower, and inspire individuals and communities to take charge of their health—mentally, physically, and spiritually. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, TEPI produces films and media content that shed light on chronic disease, intellectual disabilities, kidney health, and mental wellness, creating awareness where statistics alone cannot.
Our work spans a variety of educational and community initiatives:
-
Seminars and workshops designed to teach practical health strategies and preventive care
-
Health screenings with board certified physicians and registered nurses to identify risk factors and promote early intervention
-
Educational resources and webinars that make complex health information accessible
-
Advocacy and awareness campaigns that elevate understanding and reduce stigma
-
Technology-driven tools, including guidance from genetic counselors on genetic testing, to help individuals learn about their health history and make informed decisions
TEPI is committed to reaching diverse communities and providing inclusive, faith-informed, and evidence-based education.
Our mission is simple: to equip people with the knowledge, support, and tools they need to live healthier, more empowered lives.
Our mission
Millions of people live in the dark when it comes to chronic disease and intellectual disabilities.
Our mission is to educate, enlighten, and empower those seeking knowledge about health and wellness, helping them take steps toward a healthier, fuller life.
Knowledge is power! We are committed to ensuring that no one suffers or falls behind due to a lack of information.

HOW WE HELP
We support individuals, families, and communities by bringing clarity, compassion, and practical guidance to complex health challenges. Our work is rooted in education, advocacy, the arts, and faith-centered care—because whole health requires more than information alone.
Here's how we facilitate the mission of The Epiphany Project:
1
EDUCATION AND PREVENTIVE LEARNING
Knowledge is the first step toward better health outcomes. We provide accessible, evidence-based education to help individuals, families, and communities understand chronic disease, intellectual disabilities, kidney health, and mental wellness.
How we do this:
-
Seminars and workshops (in-person and virtual)
-
Educational webinars and group discussions
-
Community-focused learning experiences
2
COMMUNITY HEALTH SCREENINGS
Early awareness saves lives. We offer health screenings with board certified physicians and registered nurses to help identify risk factors, encourage early intervention, and connect individuals with appropriate care and resources.
Focus areas include:
-
Chronic disease risk awareness
-
Kidney health and related conditions
-
General health indicators tied to long-term wellness
3
SUPPORT, NAVIGATION & RESOURCES
A diagnosis doesn’t just affect the individual, it affects families and communities. We provide guidance, resources, and support to help people navigate complex systems with confidence.
This includes support for:
-
Understanding diagnoses and care pathways
-
Accessing health care and community resources
-
Building strong support networks for individuals and families
4
ADVOCACY & AWARENESS THROUGH FILM
Stories create understanding and understanding creates change. We use film as a tool for advocacy to bring visibility to the lived experiences behind chronic disease, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, and kidney disease.
Through film, we:
-
Humanize complex health issues
-
Reduce stigma through storytelling
-
Spark conversation, empathy, and policy-level awareness

5
PUBLIC AWARENESS & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We believe lasting change happens when communities are informed and engaged. Through outreach, partnerships, and ongoing dialogue, we work to raise awareness and inspire collective action.
Our efforts include:
-
Awareness campaigns and educational content
-
Community conversations and collaborations
-
Advocacy for better understanding, resources, and support systems
Education informs. Support strengthens. Advocacy transforms.
